Is my Stripe data safe?
Absolutely. We use OAuth for Stripe connection, meaning we never see your Stripe password. We only request read-only access to subscription and customer data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're built on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
What data do you access from Stripe?
We access subscriptions, customers, invoices, and charges — the minimum needed to calculate your metrics. We don't access sensitive payment details like card numbers. You can disconnect anytime and we'll delete all your data.
How long does setup take?
About 30 seconds. Click "Connect Stripe", authorize access, and you're done. We automatically sync your data and start calculating metrics. No code, no configuration files, no developer required.
Is there really a free tier?
Yes! Our Starter plan is free forever for businesses under $10K MRR with up to 100 customers. No credit card required. We believe every founder should have access to good analytics, regardless of their stage.
Can I self-host for free?
Yes! We're open source under AGPL-3.0 license. You can self-host on your own infrastructure for free, forever. Check out our GitHub for Docker setup instructions. Self-hosted version includes all features with no limits.
Which payment providers do you support?
We currently support Stripe with full integration. Paddle and Lemon Squeezy support is coming soon. You'll be able to connect multiple providers and see unified metrics across all of them.
How often are metrics updated?
Metrics update in real-time via Stripe webhooks. When a new subscription is created, upgraded, or canceled, you'll see it reflected in your dashboard within seconds. Daily snapshots are also stored for historical analysis.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with one click. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We can also export all your data before you go.
